We're going through some financial struggles at the moment. We've been paying two lots of rent a week for months now, with the wait to get our new Kilbirnie kitchen build consented taking far longer, and it costing far more than we ever expected. We still have about $40,000 of work to pay for, and recently our order numbers haven't been growing at all, so we are having a bit of trouble keeping up. We've been looking into funding options, but unfortunately these take months to process, and we have to get some of our bills paid ASAP.

WAYS YOU CAN HELP

  1. Order from us - the more orders we get, the more money we can set aside for some of the big invoices we have coming up, so we truly appreciate every order that comes in!
  2. Spread the word - if you love what we do, tell your friends, whānau, & co-workers! Word of mouth is the best advertising! To sweeten the deal, make sure to tell them that every new customer gets 10% off their first order by using the code that pops up on our website.
  3. Purchase vouchers - if you aren't ordering at the moment, but you know you will in future, order a voucher! These also make great gifts, and Christmas is just around the corner!
  4. Get in touch - if you want to help in another way, or know someone who could help us, please send us an email! 
  5. Provide feedback - if you recently stopped ordering from us, we would love to know why, especially if it was something we could have done better. We never want to disappoint our customers, so if something went wrong, please let us know!

WE WANT TO GIVE BACK!

Despite really feeling the pinch as a business, we also know everyone is really feeling the cost of living crisis right now. And while we can't afford the big discounts some of our competitors offer, we can afford to give a little back. 

From October, we will be drawing one lucky customer every week at random to win back their box cost!

Each week every customer who makes a meal box order will automatically go into the draw, and on Fridays we will be drawing the weekly winner! The winner of each week will receive a full refund of the cost of the box they have ordered, straight back into their bank account. Rather than sending a newsletter every week, we will be posting the winner's order number on our Instagram page and contacting them by email, so if you've made an order, keep an eye on your inbox! The first winner will be drawn on Friday 29th September, from all the meal box orders placed during this week.
